Vision-ODBC automatically replicates data from external databases into Caseflow.  Typically, it is used to replicate client and matter data from the firms Practice Management System.

The benefits of the module include;

• Time savings as there is no need to re-type information when, for example, a client’s address or contact detail changes;
• Improved productivity through the reduced incidence of error as information can be changed in one location and will automatically be reflected in other systems;
• Very powerful in conjunction with the Caseflow Enterprise client for the production one off documents and templates.

The Vision-ODBC module supports integration with up to 10 external databases to ensure that all corporate data is available and synchronised at all times.
