The File Store is used to store the Caseflow Program files as well as temporary work files used when integrating with the Word Processor.
If there is no Document Management System present or integration to the DMS is not required then the File Store will also accommodate the Precedents and Saved Documents.
Therefore, if a DMS is used to store precedents and documents the space requirements of the File Store will typically be 100mb or less. If a DMS is not in use the typical space required of the File Store may grow to several hundred megabytes and even more as the number of saved documents grows over time.
The file store can be a dedicated server or a series of folders on your existing File and Print server.
Caseflow is supported on all versions of Windows Server Operating Systems.
Support for Novell is available but should be confirmed. |
